The AIATM series published by Motilal Banarsidass is the gold standard for Indological studies. While they have not published the entire Bhavishya Purana as a standalone complete set in the way they have for the Shiva or Bhagavata Puranas, their partial translations and volumes covering specific Parvas (like the Uttara Parva) are unmatched in scholarship.
