After powering on, the clock will conduct a primary search. This can take anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes. The hands may spin quickly to the 12 o'clock position and then continue to the correct time, or they may move in short bursts. Be patient and allow it to complete.
If the clock is displaying the wrong time, you can manually trigger a search for the atomic signal: Press and hold the button for at least 3 seconds .

Once the hands reach this internal reference point, they will stop moving completely. Step 4: Signal Reception (The Waiting Period)

If the clock becomes completely unresponsive or acts erratically: Remove the battery.
